Naka-Kon Musical Event

Postby Kokon Tozai » Tue Aug 26, 2014 7:23 am

The Tugg/Ghost in the Shell movie was a bust but Naka-Kon has another very cool event lined up. On November 29th at the O.P. Convention Cenetr they will present not one but bands: Critical Hit & Earthbound Papas.

Never heard or heard of 'em as they seem to be vid game musicians. I know I'm um, game, to take a chance & check it out.

Pretty cool Naka-Kon!

For those of us who have signed up, will we get tickets via e-mail or do we just show up and flash our driver's license or something?

Friday or Saturday of this week, we will start e-mailing confirmation messages to concert ticket holders. These should be printed out and brought to the Will Call desk at the Convention Center between 2 p.m. and the start of the concert. The messages will feature a barcode that we will scan to check you in and, we hope, this will make the whole process go very fast.

So less than a week away for the Naka-Koncert. I got my ticket at The J fest. So did Tim but he seemed to question if he could actually attend. So who else from the forums are going? Maybe if there's at least a few we could met up for an early dinner (pizza? Sushi?) before the performance.

I'm not even a gamer. This will all be new music to me. But from what I've heard so far it should be a fantastic evening.

No question as to whether I can attend, I wasn't sure if I could do anything beforehand.

Doors open 5:30 shows starts 6:30. Kinda on the early side for squeezing in a bite to eat beforehand. Oh well where there's hunger there's a way.
