Yeah, that's the product of using a tilt/shift lens. There's a guy on Vimeo (or I guess several now) who has entire videos shot that way. They're pretty entertaining but, sadly, I don't recall the name.

Note: If you're running FireFox and you're having problems seeing the videos then follow these steps:

-Type "about:config" in the address bar of your browser to take you to the config settings.
-Scroll down to "dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll" or cut n paste the term in the Filter.
-If the entry is ‘false’, double click the entry to change from 'false' to 'true.
-Close FireFox and then re-open for the setting to take effect.
